JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Targets:
Value of sales, collections and other key sales indicators
Responsibilities:
Establish new customer and further develop them as Hilti’s key accounts. Grow existing accounts
Build relationship and establish network with multi-level decision makers and influencers
Work closely and be able to steer various internal teams to provide value added solutions to customers
Requirements:
Degree holder in Engineering (Civil & Mechanical)
Direct selling experience, preferably construction or engineering products
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong planning and organization skills, bright, dynamic and highly motivated
High mobility, willing to travel intensively to project sites and to be assigned in any domestic cities or overseas
High proficiency in written and spoken English is a plus
Someone with high ambition and potential to excel and develop a long-term career in a multinational company
Fresh graduates with strong academic record and extra-curricular achievements will also be considered
